	phpbb 3 last topics module with scrolling 1.0

New version upgraded by Jan Broos (www.broos.org) I added the group clause in the sql part, so no double post in a topic where shown. And i also added the parameter target which can be used to start the link in a ... target. I made it '_blank' default. Oh... and i changed the default cashing to 0, because of a problem with ccnewsletter module (adding subscribers.)
